Can I get help designing the print?

Yes, we are happy to help you design your print, either completely from scratch or according to your wishes and thoughts.

How do I reach you the easiest/fastest way?

We always answer the phone and aim to answer email as soon as we can.

Who should I contact?

How do I place an order?

If you would like to place an order, you can submit a request for quotation for the items you wish to order directly on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email, and we will be happy to assist you.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

As we only serve business customers and aim to ensure consistent packaging quality, we only accept orders by the pallet. The quantity per pallet and the number of pallets required vary from one article to another.

Why can't I order less than one pallet?

To ensure the highest quality of our products, we do not break pallets. This is not permitted for food-grade packaging.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Before your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Can I shop as a private individual?

We are a supplier and currently sell exclusively to businesses. If you are a private individual, we kindly refer you to retailers of our packaging. Please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to direct you to a suitable distributor.

Can you stock packaging for me?

We offer warehousing services at our facility. Please contact us for more information.

How long is the delivery time?

In case of warehousing, we can often offer the item within 3-4 working days. As we offer a wide range of items, the delivery time varies. Always contact us and ask about the particular article you are interested in.

Is the item in stock?

What are you standard payment terms?

For the first order, prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed. Thereafter, we can in most cases offer invoicing with a 30-day payment term.

Why can't I find any prices on your website?

Due to several variables, we are unable to display fixed prices on our website. Pricing depends on factors such as quantity, material, volume, printing, and other product-specific requirements. Please contact us for a quotation.

What times are you available?

We are available Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30. If you would like to contact us outside these hours, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
