The right packaging at the right time
for Natural Brande
When the company Natural Brande was about to launch its product Mineral Allround for a trade fair, they needed a pre-printed bucket with photo quality in a short time. In just over two weeks, the printing process had to be approved, the bucket produced, printed and delivered. As a packaging partner, we were able to solve this challenge in time thanks to efficient coordination, quick decision-making paths and close cooperation with the customer. The result was a stylish and practical packaging, ready in time for the fair and adapted to the customer's needs.
About Natural Brande
Natural Brande is a family-owned wholesale company located in Brande, Denmark, specializing in pet food and accessories. The company was founded in 1985 and is driven by a clear mission: to contribute to the well-being of animals. The product range includes carefully selected food and accessories for dogs, cats, birds and horses, with a focus on high quality and animal welfare.
The challenge
When Natural Brande was about to launch its product Mineral Allround, a need arose for a fast and efficient packaging solution. The product was to be presented at an upcoming trade fair, which meant that the customer needed a pre-printed bucket with photo quality within just over two weeks.
The challenge was to coordinate print originals, approval process and production in a time-efficient manner, while ensuring that the bucket met both functional and visual requirements for the launch of the product.
Our solution
In order to be able to deliver quickly, we selected a suitable bucket from our existing range. The solution was the JETR 110, a 10.9-litre rectangular bucket with a plastic handle that held the volume of Natural Brandes' product and was made of recyclable mono-material (PP).
To meet the deadline, we also used digital printing, which was the only realistic option to produce a printed bucket with photo quality within the short time span. Thanks to our strong logistics partners, we were also able to ensure that the customer received the goods at the desired time. With the help of effective coordination between our departments and a focus on quick feedback, we were able to act quickly at every stage from quotation to delivery.
The result
The project resulted in pre-printed buckets within the desired time frame and according to the customer's needs. This made it possible for Natural Brande to launch its product in time for the fair with a both stylish and functional packaging solution.
